Los Angeles Galaxy vs. Vancouver Whitecaps Live Blog: Play-by-Play Analysis

Bruce Arena's Los Angeles Galaxy continue their 2011 Major League Soccer season when they take on Tom Soehn's Vancouver Whitecaps on Saturday at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California.

The Galaxy are currently 15-3-10 (55 points) and are the league leaders, while Vancouver sit at the bottom of MLS with a record of 4-13-10 (22 points). A victory by the Galaxy will be crucial for their chances at defending their Supporters' Shield, while the Caps are simply paying for pride.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. PT/10:30 p.m. ET and will be televised locally by Rogers SportsNet Pacific and Fox Sports West. The live blog will begin at approximately 5:45 p.m. PT/8:45 p.m. ET.
